Each Chez La Muse piece is made with intention — we hope it finds its place with you. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Exchanges & Store Credit We accept exchanges and store credit requests within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer cash refunds.
Conditions To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Hygiene liner intact and undisturbed
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Final Sale All sale items, limited editions, and items marked final sale at time of purchase are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
How to Request Email us at orders@chezlamuse.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for exchange. We will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
