Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping We ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

Estimated delivery times once shipped:

  • Standard: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited: 1–3 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier or weather are outside our control.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages Chez La Muse is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact your local post office or carrier directly. If you need assistance, reach out to us at orders@chezlamuse.com and we will do our best to help.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
